Renewable Energy

Clean energy is here to stay.
The energy transition has been on the rise for decades, but at no time has renewable energy been more ascendant than it is today. The International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA) estimates that 65% of the world’s electricity could come from renewable sources by 2030, and 90% of the world’s electricity could come from renewable energy by 2050. Today (as of 2025, referencing 2023 numbers), 30 percent of the globe’s electricity comes from renewable resources including the sun, wind, water, waste and the earth’s heat.
The planet can’t wait.

Solar’s Ascent is Unstoppable
Solar energy has seen a meteoric rise over the past decade. In most states today, solar is now cost-competitive or cheaper than fossil-fuel generation. The cost to install residential solar has fallen 40% over the past decade, and this downward trend is expected to continue.
